Pilates is a type of exercise that focuses on the activation of your deep core muscles to help stabilise your spine and joints to help reduce pain and the risk of injury.

Our physiotherapists are experienced in pilates and can prescribe pilates-based rehabilitation exercises.

There are varying levels of difficulty as well as special equipment that either provide resistance or support according to your needs.

One-on-one appointments are available at all of our locations or small group classes are run from our Ormiston rooms.
